Returning an Item to Stylish Lace Wigs

At Stylish Lace Wigs, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us to request a return.

If you are returning a wig, please ensure that the lace is uncut and undamaged – we will not be able to refund any wigs where this is not the case or the item appears to be worn.

Refunds on our other products will be issued if the item is returned in its original unused condition. Please contact us if the item you want to return is a custom made order for to your specifications – as this may not be covered by our returns policy.

You have 14 days from when you receive the item to request a return, simply follow the instructions below:-

   1 – Login to your account
   2 – Click on “Order History and Details”
   3 – Find your order and click on details
   4 – Select the box for each item you would like to return
   5 – Click on “Make an RMA slip”

Please ensure that you return the item to us within 7 days from when you initiate the return.

Postage on all products and wigs will not be refunded.

If you are returning items to us from outside of the UK please be aware that if any international charges or fees have been requested by customs, then the amount will be subtracted from the price of the item returned.

Inside your package please include a copy of your invoice along with the item(s) you wish to return. If you cannot send an invoice, then please clearly write your name and email address on a piece of paper.

We aim to deal with returned items within 24 hours of us receiving them. All refunds will be made to the card or PayPal account that was used to place the original order.

It can take between 3-5 working days after we received your item for the refund to appear on your card statement. PayPal refunds are normally visible in your account within 24 hours
